Fast and Accurate Diagnostics
Upon arrival at Wisuca IT Service, your laptop will go through a complete diagnostic performed by one of our certified technicians. Once your diagnostic is complete, a service advisor will contact you with the results of the diagnostic along with options on getting your laptop repaired.
Flexible Options
Some issues may only be cosmetic and not vital to the proper function of your laptop. You decide which repairs to approve. No work is performed until you approve the repair.
Complete diagnostic is free with any service or with any approved repair. If you decide not to have any repairs or service performed on your laptop, there is a $49 decline fee to cover shipping costs.

Replace a cracked or damaged LCD display with a brand new LCD. These LCDs are the same model that Apple uses. Read more

Data Ready
After installation of your new hard drive, your data is transferred to your new drive (some applications may need to be re-installed.) If your old hard drive has failed, a new operating system is installed (with your provided restore disks). Wisuca IT Service can attempt data recovery on a failed drive to retrieve important files.
